March 19th, 2020 - Virtual meeting of FEMINA project partners
On March 19th, 2020 members of the project team within ADR BI participated in the Virtual meeting of FEMINA project partners. This meeting was organized online, following the cancellation by the organizers, for security reasons, of the interregional seminar "FEMINA - 4th Convention", scheduled for March 18-19 in Santander, Spain.
This event was attended by representatives from the following partner institutions:

- Global Center of Excellence (GCE) Node - Norway
- Athens University of Economics and Business - Research Center - Greece

- SODERCAN - Cantabria Regional Development Agency - Spain
- DG Women's Issues and Gender Equality, Government of Cantabria, Spain
- CMO STAMM - The Netherlands
The objective of the meeting was to strengthen the activities carried out by the partners in this implementation phase, in order to improve policies to promote the involvement of women in high-tech sectors. On this occasion, the partners presented a first draft of the regional action plans developed within the FEMINA project, followed by discussions on the process of improving these plans.
The meeting also discussed the examples of good practice identified in the project, with the potential for transferability between partner regions.
