June 26th, 2018 - FEMINA Kick-off Meeting
The kick-off meeting of the FEMINA project was organized virtually by Arezzo Innovazione, on June 26th, 2018
The objective of the virtual meeting to start the project was to remind the partners of the approach of the FEMINA project and the requirements of the program. This meeting was conceived as an introduction and the entire content will be discussed in detail during the first formal meeting (FEMINA Convention 1, 20 - 21 September 2018, Arezzo).
The meeting provided an overview of the activities that partners need to undertake before the official launch and was organized using the online platform WebEx.
The topics addressed during the meeting were:
- Opening - Sara Bonci, Project Manager - Arezzo Innovazione, the partnership leader of the FEMINA project;
- Summary presentation of the participants, the role of each one within the partnership and the motivation to participate in the implementation;
- Overview of the project - Francesca Martemucci, Resolvo Srl (consultant of the partnership leader) - brief review of the objectives, approach and expected results;
- Detailed presentation of the first stage of the "Understanding Barriers" project;
- Organizing the first specific seminar;
- Review of the communication plan, financial management and reporting deadlines.
