April 17th, 2020 - Webinar dedicated to the Norwegian example of good practice Trainee Sør
In the current context, the Technical Assistance Department uses creative solutions to meet the objectives assumed by the projects implemented.
Thus, on 17.04.2020, the members of the implementation team of the project FEMINA - Female participation in high-tech enterprises, within the Technical Assistance Department of the Bucharest-Ilfov Regional Development Agency, participated in a webinar dedicated to presenting the Norwegian example of good practice Trainee Sør, identified and promoted in the project. Trainee Sør is an 18-month paid regional traineeship program, operational since 2004, with the aim of attracting and retaining talented and qualified young graduates in the southern region of Norway, by ensuring adequate professional development.
Anna Gunningberg, Trainee Sør program manager, presented during the webinar the structure of the program, the opportunities offered to trainees and companies involved as well as the positive effects of its implementation at regional level due to effective collaboration between academia, private companies and public authorities.
